High Speed Internet
Put me on the list if there is any action to be taken. I use wireless internet to Mt. Elizabeth right now (my employer pays though). It is $99.00 per month. Barking Dogs
We too have been bothered by those dogs. We are full time residents and hear it almost every day. If we can locate the dog barking source, possibly we can inquire with the owners about the problem and try to fix it that way.

I agree that there are liabilities regarding the ditch. Also, the dog owners who do not leash their dogs cause a hazard to other walkers, joggers, bikers, etc. as well as the property owners.
