Prevention of unwanted postings

Board users,

To prevent the unwanted posting that have been occurring on a regular basis, I have set this topic to allow posting only from Registered users.

I addition, I have set the board to require Administrator approval on all future User Registrations.

Sorry for the inconvience that this may cause to our casual users.
