Welcome to Cedar Ridge sign

After two years of board meetings, design, planning, coordination with our volunteer fire department, a find drive and construction, the rehabilitated Welcome to Cedar Ridge sign is finally a reality. The sign was originally constructed approximatly twenty years ago by homeowners dedicated to the betterment of thier community. Over the years it has become a community oriented land mark for the area. It obviously welcomes members of the community home, and welcomes visitors to the community. Over the years the sign has been used as a bulliten board for community announcements by the Property Owners Association, Fire Auxiliary, Dogwood Lake and others. The original sign was rehabilited to retain the historical look and maintain a link with the areas early years. Modern signage was added to clearly communicate fire conditions and vegetation burning requirements. The sign is administered by the Cedar Ridge Ranch Property Owners Association. If you have any questions regarding the sign please direct them to the CCRPOA. A new frame work is to be constructed near the present sign in the near future for community announcements.
